Off Season Team Building Conditioning Program

Welcome to the new year.  I would like to extend an invitation to anyone who would like to join me during the off season for weekly conditioning.

Over the last two years, I operated a team building conditioning program on Saturday mornings and I'll be doing the same this year.  This isn't just for football players either as anyone who wishes to join is more than welcome to participate.  If you want to get a jump on the next football season or if you're in a winter/spring sport and you would like to develop your endurance that much quicker, or even if you're an adult who wishes to have that extra little push, come on out.  All are welcome.  Don't worry about your current physical state as I'll ensure everyone, regardless of current state, will get a decent workout and hopefully have fun at the same time.  Most importantly, if you give your full effort, this will lead to a stronger team (physically and mentally).

I'm also extending this to the middle school and high school programs for any of their players to join as well while trying to build a community/team mentality from top to bottom.
