New Oxford Colonials Youth Football & Cheer Weekend Schedule

This weekend promises an exciting lineup for the New Oxford Colonials youth football and cheer teams, bringing together players, families, and fans for a spirited display of athleticism and community enthusiasm. Whether cheering from the sidelines or competing on the field, the schedule offers a dynamic blend of home and away games across multiple age groups and divisions.

Saturday Matchups: Away Challenges

Saturday’s schedule sends some of the youngest members of the Colonials teams into action on the road. Flag Teams 1 and 2 will travel to Biglerville to face off at 10 a.m., while Flag Teams 3 and 4 journey to Littlestown for their matches at the same time. These flag football games are foundational experiences, emphasizing skill-building, teamwork, and sportsmanship for the youngest athletes.

Meanwhile, the junior varsity squads will test their mettle closer to home at the New Oxford Middle School (NOMS) fields. The JV Pony team hosts Red Lion with kickoff at 9 a.m., and the JV Midget team prepares to battle West York later in the morning. These games highlight developing players taking significant strides in competitive youth football.

Sunday Showdowns: Home at NOMS

Sunday shifts focus entirely on home turf at NOMS, where supporters can rally behind three consecutive games against Red Lion. The Rinks team will kick off the afternoon contest at 1 p.m., followed by the Pony team at 2:30 p.m., and culminating with the Midget team at 4 p.m. This succession of games offers an excellent opportunity to witness the depth and talent spanning different age groups within the Colonials program.

Adding to the weekend’s festive atmosphere, Food Adventures will be onsite Sunday, providing delicious options for spectators to enjoy while supporting their teams.
